Repair & Maintenance

Just as your automobile needs fine-tuning and maintenance on a regular basis, so does your jewelry. Allow Steve Bowman, our on-site jeweler for 21 years, to thoroughly check and brighten your rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, free of charge. Should a piece of your jewelry need additional attention (prong work, shank work, sizing, etc.), he will advise you of various options and together you will decide the best remedy.

Custom Design

Do you have an idea of what you'd like to have, but just haven't found it in a store, yet? Perhaps you have jewelry just sitting in a drawer waiting for an updated look or an extraordinary stone you purchased on vacation needing a setting? Whether you are dreaming about your design or just wanting ideas, we have solutions!

In addition to our on-site jeweler Steve, there are 2 trained designer/artisans on staff available to consult with you. Tacori, Simon G., Jewels By Star, Martin Flyer, Hearts On Fire, and our own Simon Jewelers Classic Bridal are just some of the collections we carry which offer exquisite mountings for your stones (click here for designer collections). Or, you may wish to incorporate your current ring into a new design.

Combined with the design skills of a highly innovative staff, Steve's craftsmanship is noteworthy. His diamond-setting skills and experience as a platinumsmith offer you a myriad of custom design and remounting options.
