Items purchase from this website may be returned for up to 14 days as long they are not: used, sized, altered by request or engraved.
Special orders are non-refundable. Engraved items from stock become special orders.
Item must be accompanied by the receipt and have it's original packaging.

Standard Delivery via UPS ground $15.00
Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 Noon (EST). This applies to items under $1000.
Expedited Delivery via USPS Express Mail $25.00
Your order should arrive in 1-2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). This applies to items over $1000 or by request.
Please note that orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Free expedited delivery is offered on all orders of $5000.00 or more shipping to the same address.
Our Guarantee
Simon Jewelry is in the business of satisfying our customers. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a no risk 10 day guarantee. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging. Please allow one week to process credits from time of receipt of the item.
Any items that have been sized, or altered are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items not in stock that are special ordered may not be returned.
